we celebrated our daughter Laura's wedding at Sails on saturday last and we would like to say thank you for a fantastic evening.
During the planning process we met with Tamara who was always professional, helpful and patient. She guided us through all aspects of the evening and communicated beautifully with a diverse group of personalities. Whether talking in person or by phone, we always felt extremely confident in her ability to provide us with a first class evening.
Leanne managed the evening for us and we were very grateful for her attention to detail. She was constantly on the go attending to a myriad of things ensuring that everything ran smoothly. She consulted with me frequently which helped me to relax and enjoy myself knowing that she was totally ahead of the game.
We found all the staff to be calm and efficient and we hope you will pass on out thanks to them also.
The room was beautifully set up and the venue was enjoyed by all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sails in the future.

Just back from sunny Hayman Island and just wanted to say thankyou for your outstanding service on and leading up to our special day.
We had an amazing time and Sails was just perfect. It looked amazing and I will be sure to send you some pics when we get them. I hope everything was Ok on our part, it just went so quickly.

I just wanted to thankyou for all of your efforts for our wedding reception. The function room and the terrace area looked amazing, the staff were fantastic, the food delicious and we just had a really wonderful night.
Thankyou for being so flexible and helpful with all of our arrangements.
I will send some photos through when I get them and will recommend Sails for any function!

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and your staff for all the help that was provided leading up to and on our wedding day. Everyone just did a fantastic job, especially Michelle, she made everything run so smoothly on the night. A lot of my guest even commented on how professional and friendly she was.
Having great staff goes a long way.
Thank you again for everything that you have done for us. You have been so helpful and very easy to work with.

Just a quick note to say that thank you for everything that you have done for us in the lead up to our Wedding Day. We leave for our Honeymoon tonight and will return in 3 weeks time... we are very excited! The night ran so smoothly and everything was exactly as we have planned it to be... thank you for being so accommodating & understanding throughout the lead up. We could not have asked for a more perfect Wedding Day!

Just wanted to thank you so much for organizing our lovely wedding — we had a spectacular night — Michelle who ran most of the night — was just gorgeous, we have had so many compliments on the food, service and venue and of course the cake!  It looked amazing.

I would just like to extend our sincere thanks for the way Kristiana and Dave's Wedding was handled.
Everything was fantastic. Staff, food, procedures. All was more than 100%.
We have had absolutely positive feedback from all our guests.
Two people have even said how are we going to top that with our other two children.
Well if they choose to have around 107 people we will definitely be back.
It was the best wedding I have ever been to, and I am not saying that because the bride is my daughter.
The bridal party looked fantastic. The flower arrangements were spectacular. The band kept the Aussies and the Greeks entertained all night. The food and service was excellent. The maitre de (Michelle) was lovely and very obliging. The venue was amazing. I could not fault anything. All staff carried out their duties in a very professional manner.
If you ask me it was the wedding of the year.
My husband and I could not have asked for anything better.
Please pass on our thanks to all the staff at Sails on the Bay for making it such a memorable and enjoyable occasion.
We will not hesitate in recommending Sails, and I am sure after Saturday, you will get lots of enquiries regarding weddings from our friends for their children.

our evening on Monday went wonderfully - thanks to our organisation, but also thanks to the wonderful venue that Sails is.
Many people commented on the lovely venue and food, and the service was also wonderful -I realised halfway through Ricks speech we were not organised for a toast, so that was sorted promptly, and when I did end up asking for a couple of extra chairs -out came a couple of tables as well -around which all the children regrouped and proceeded to have a ball hoovering up all the leftovers!

First of all, thank you so much for helping to make our wedding day more than we could ever imagine! You were awesome to work with and Mark and I were so happy with everything (from our very first meeting with Leanne to the end of the wedding night). You have such a beautiful venue at Sails, incredible service and quality of hospitality and most importantly, wonderful staff to work with.
Many thanks for all your advice and thoughts on the "never ending" list of questions that we seemed to have! As you can imagine, we are very excited to see some photos and video from the day as the whole day absolutely flew!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for helping contribute to the most perfect and stunning wedding day ever!
Thank you.  The room was amazing, the food was absolutely outstanding, the view was unbelievably stunning, and the cake - no one has tasted anything like it, it was heaven!
It all came together so well and flawlessly on a gorgeous day, with the ceremony on the beach late evening and moving straight over to your amazing venue just capped it off.
It all went exactly as i planned it and all I could say all night was how could I not be enjoying the happiest day of my life - look where we are, how perfect is this!
I will always remember the feeling and how special I felt throughout the reception celebrations at the best venue in town!  No guest could stop commenting on what a glorious venue/location we had chosen and what divine food, just outstanding.
Thank you to all the staff that helped us on the night.  The night did fly, but it was all worth it :-)
