Sails
on the bay restaurant opened in 1994 with a simple concept - to make our customers into our regular guests and to ensure that we always remain consistent. Having recently celebrated our 17th birthday we hope you agree we have succeeded.
Located on Elwood Beach with panoramic views across Port Phillip Bay, Sails on the bay is an esteemed Melbourne restaurant that combines relaxed modern day class with an exceptional attention to service and detail. Designed to reflect the location, as well as creatively showcasing seasonality, the menu and extensive local and international wine list, represent the very essence of modern Australian fine dining.
Our seasonal menus balance meat and fish specialisations with creative vegetarian and extensive gluten free options for our diners.
